Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours and delivered throughout Europe within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped.

Shipping costs and delivery time

  • Netherlands: Free shipping from €100. Delivery time 1-2 business days.
  • Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €100. Delivery time 3-5 business days.
  • Other EU countries: Free shipping on orders over €200. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery time: 5-7 business days.

You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return costs are €5.95 per return shipment and will be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns must always be requested in advance via our Returns page .

Please note: Returns sent without a prior return request cannot be processed.

Defective or damaged product

Did you receive an item that's damaged or defective? That's certainly not what you want. We're happy to help you quickly.

To resolve any damage or defect as quickly as possible, we ask that you report a defect within 5 days of receipt, including clear photos of the item and packaging.

This notification period ensures a quick assessment and processing with our supplier, so that we can help you as best and as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Please note: this 5-day notification is only intended for expedited administrative processing. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully in effect.

How do returns work?

  1. Complete a return request via our returns page
  2. We will manually assess your application
  3. You will receive a return label by email
  4. The return costs are €5.95, which will be deducted from the refund.
  5. Please return the package carefully packed to the specified address.
  6. After receipt we will process your return within 14 working days.


Jewelry & Accessories

For hygienic reasons, earrings, piercings, and other body jewelry cannot be returned. This return restriction applies to all earrings, regardless of material or packaging.

Other jewelry and accessories (such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, bags, scarves, and other fashion accessories) can be returned within the return period, provided that:

  • the item is unworn and undamaged
  • all labels & original packaging are present
  • the item is clean, without perfume, skin oil, make-up or scratches

Returns not received in their original or saleable condition may be refused or may result in a reduction in value upon refund, in accordance with legal guidelines.
